The Wags for Wellness program aims to build community through stress relief activities and raise awareness of mental health and wellness resources on campus. Studies show animals can help relieve anxiety, and just petting a dog or cat can lower your blood pressure. We hope you will come out to pet one of our visiting therapy animals! Therapy Animals are certified assisted therapy animals from the SF SPCA

Book an appointment with a CalFresh Navigator to find out more information and apply. We can help gather documents, discuss student exemptions, walk you through the application and help with any post application questions!

 

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Anjuman Shah, is available for one-on-one nutrition counseling appointments. Anjuman is available for appointments on Tuesdays 8 AM - 12 PM and Wednesdays 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM.

HPW offers free in-person grab-and-go wellness resources and kits. This includes safer sex supplies, menstrual supplies, Food+Shelter+Success personal care and laundry kits, sleep kits, self-care kits, art kits, and more! Stop by during open hours.
