BREATHE Campaign

Tree Branches and Sky in the shape of lungs

The BREATHE (Be Responsible, Educated, and Aware about Tobacco, Hookah, and E-cigarettes) Campaign is an educational campaign focused on encouraging members of the SF State community to lead a smoke and tobacco free life, and connect tobacco, nicotine, and cannabis users to resources for support.

Stress Free Quitting Kits

It's similar to a quitting kit, but its focus is on stress management! If you are interested in quitting, pick one up at HPW (Village at Centennial Square, Building A, Room 1) and meet with our Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Health Educator, Emily Hops.

BREATHE Advocate Program

Trained student advoates, who speak with persons using tobacco, hookah, e-cigarettes, and cannabis on campus to connect them with cessation resources for support and plan campus. These student advocates also plan campuswide events and campaigns.

If you are interested in becoming a BREATHE Advocate next semester, please contact

Tobacco Free Tuesdays Outreach
