Join us as we cook, eat, and learn together!

Each cooking class teaches hands-on cooking skills, focusing on how to prepare quick, healthy and delicious meals and snacks. Each class will feature a budget-friendly recipe that is easy to recreate at home. Students will prepare the recipe in class and enjoy eating it together!

  • September 9 at 3-4:30 PM – Wholesome Grains

  • September 26 at 4:30-6 PM – Flavorful Veggies

  • October 10 at 5-6:30 PM – Plant-based Protein

  • October 24 at 4:30-6 PM – Super Salads

  • November 7 at 9-10:30 AM – Breakfast To Go

  • November 21 at 5-6:30 PM – Flexible Meal Prep

  • December 2 at  3-4:30 PM – Creative Leftovers
