Finals can be stressful and an energy drain, so find ways to renourish and provide some energy gains! Take a break at one of our “pit stops,” where we’ll have different stress relief activities, resources, and study snacks. Tea Time Out is a program that emphasizes taking time out of one’s day to relax. Take a break with us and experience the wellness benefits of tea, which include stress relief, relaxation, immune system and learning support. Also, learn about how to improve sleep! For this finals season, we’ll be featuring different teas each day! So please come on back!
