Emergency Meal Card Program – On-Campus Use:
This community meal-sharing program helps elevate student food security by providing free meals at City Eats Dining Hall to SF State students facing barriers accessing enough food.
Update: As of November 16, 2022. The Meal Card Program is back! No appointments are necessary for the remainder of the semester. Just walk-in, fill out a short assessment, and get approved/denied on the spot.

- Wednesdays & Thursdays from 1-5PM (reservations only)
- Fridays 12-2PM (walk in, no reservation needed)
Location: Cesar Chavez Student Center Rec and Dining Level (bottom floor)

Menstrual health kits are prepackaged kits that included different-sized pads and tampons. Please visit the Health Promotion and Wellness office during in-service hours to pick up your own kit.
