Learn what healthy boundaries look like, how to set your own, how to be more aware of your partner(s)’ potential boundaries, and how to include boundaries in consent conversations for healthier relationships and a great sex life.

From Start to Finish: A Conversation about Relationships

Part of life involves the coming and going of relationships and friendships. In this workshop, we will be discussing the building and development of new relationships, and how to heal and learn from past ones.

Handling Rejection

What do you do when someone says "no" to you? Being told "no" can bring up a lot of uncomfortable feelings. In this workshop, we'll explore how to get unstuck when we receive a “no” and practice skills on how to move forward that respects someone else’s boundaries.

Sexual Communication

Let’s talk about sex! Whether it’s a one-stand or long-term relationship, communication lets us know what our partners like and don’t like, and for us to do the same. This workshop discusses the important of communication and consent and provides tips on how to talk to your partner(s) about sex.

We can help gather documents, discuss student exemptions, walk you through the application and help with any post-application questions!

HPW offers free in-person grab-and-go wellness resources and kits. This includes safer sex supplies, menstrual supplies, Food+Shelter+Success personal care and laundry kits, sleep kits, self-care kits, art kits, and more! Stop by during open hours.
