Handling Rejection
What do you do when someone says "no" to you? Being told "no" can bring up a lot of uncomfortable feelings. In this workshop, we'll explore how to get unstuck when we receive a “no” and practice skills on how to move forward that respects someone else’s boundaries.

Let’s talk about sex! Whether it’s a one-stand or long-term relationship, communication lets us know what our partners like and don’t like, and for us to do the same. This workshop discusses the important of communication and consent and provides tips on how to talk to your partner(s) about sex.
