Make an impact for current and future students by taking the NCHA Survey, which will be used to develop new wellness programs and services that are meaningful for our campus.

The NCHA Survey is the only large-scale health assessment that guides programming, resources, and services of the student health fee. Sharing your experience makes it possible for the campus to use the student health fee to create programs and services that represent your community’s needs and wants. The NCHA is administered every 2-3 years across the CSU system at the same time and covers a wide range of topics from mental health, sexual health, substance use, basic needs, and sexual violence.
The NCHA Survey will open on Monday, February 26, 2024, and will close on Friday, March 15, 2024. Students are randomly selected and will receive an email invitation from Karen Boyce, Director of Health Promotion & Wellness.
If you are selected to take the survey, please follow these steps:
- Open your SFSU Email
- Search for An Invitation for [Your Name] from Karen Boyce, Director of Health Promotion & Wellness at San Francisco State
- Access your individualized link from the email
- Take the entire survey
In appreciation for participating, each student who completes the survey by the March 15th, 2024 deadline will be automatically entered in an payment compensation drawing. We will be giving away:
- 1 SF State semester tuition (worth $3,700)
- 3 SF State tuition payments (worth $1,000 each)
- 30 Amazon gift cards (worth $100 each)
- 2 iPads (10.2 inch, 128 GB with WiFi)
